I wanted to thank the Live Aquaria Staff for another great order. The Chaetodontoplus caeruleopunctatus angel that I ordered from the Diver's Den section came in great shape. It was shipped in oversized packaging to insure it's survival during these very hot summer days. The fish arrived healthy (actually a little fat) and eating mysid shrimp immediately. The male Genicanthus bellus I ordered & arrived today the exact same way.

Now what I really wanted to thank Live Aquaria for...which sets them apart from eveyone else... I ordered a Genicanthus semifasciatus angel from the Diver's Den...when it came time to ship it they did not feel comfortable with the condition of the fish so they did not ship it...they held the fish for almost 3 weeks for me then when it was up to their standards, then they shipped it. They had concern for aquatic life, they didn't just ship the fish, they wanted to make sure the fish was healthy & eating.

Our Aquacultured Coral and Marine Life Facility takes great pride in their quarantine and packaging procedures, which includes holding fish until they are absolutely ready to ship, no matter the amount of time this may take. They carefully ensure that the fish is up to our standards and will not ship a specimen before it is ready.
