It is human nature to post bad experiences and not good ones, so I thought I would post my story.

I normally order from another online supplier, but I wanted this:

Their sight had little, to no info on this product, and I was not sure I would be getting what I wanted. Your sight described the pump as

"The Ocean Runner 2700 is the replacement pump for those of you that wish to change out the Rio 2100 on your Turboflotor 1000. It comes with the needlewheel impeller and all the fittings necessary for an easy swap." (as well as other useful information).


This is EXACTALLY what I wanted to know.

The pump got here in 2 days (nice that you are in California) it was packed very well and arrived unharmed.

SOME SUGGESTIONS

Your sight says this pump pulls 65 Watts, but the box says it pulls 38 watts

Your sight says "1 inch male thread inlet 3/4 inch male thread outlet", but the box says that there is 3/4 out and 3/4 in.

In conclusion, I was very happy with my experience and I will be doing business with you again. It makes sense for me to order things from California, not New York, so I get things in 2 days when I only pay for ground shipping, at least now that I know there is a good company to deal with,...
