I have placed 2 different orders in the last month or so and will now be a customer for life! You price-matched a direct competitor, a coupon code for another 15% off, and gave me free shipping in the first order. Then I made another order and you price matched two different websites, one with free shipping and matched the cheaper shipping from the other website.

But to top it all off and what truly made me a customer for life was something as silly as a free t-shirt. Before price matching and matching the shipping, the order in my cart online was over $250. The website then directed me to pick out a free t-shirt, so I did just to see what they looked like. Then I placed my order over the phone and your customer service representative automatically pulled up my cart on his computer and made the necessary changes to reflect the matched prices. Then without skipping a beat, made sure to ask me the correct size for my free t-shirt! It caught me off-guard that he was still going to throw in the free t-shirt even though my order dropped below $200.

Thank you for being a company that cares about us, the customer. You gained my business for life with a measly $15 t-shirt.

As a customer who has bought and even returned several items (for various reasons) I can say that Marine Depot has been great. I would say on support wise better than Amazon.

Example, around five months ago I wanted to start a smaller tank (nuvo 24). Long story short, it was not for me. They took good care of me and ended up returning the tank. From my perspective that meant a lot and in turn I have spent just a much if not more in other equipment from them.
