I agree. Thanks to all involved. Had a great time. Now I just need to find a place to put these frags.

Thanks to all who helped and to John for hosting. I was able to get a few frags that I have been looking for. I am really happy with the way they are looking. I think all SPS polyps are out now. Thanks again and I hope everyones frags are doing well.
 
Glad everyone could make it and hope everyone had a great time. Who would have thought 35-40 people could fit in this little basement and still have room to Frag some stuff. I know there were over 100 bags used and about 35 gallons of Saltwater, so thats alot of fragging! Thanks to the SEASL board for setting everything up and cleaning up so fast.

I am heading down to GWA today to hang out and see if they have anything that might look good in my tank. I wanted to thank Chad for his donation to the event, so I figured the best way was to go shopping!

I showed my appreciation at MS yesterday. They were out of the snails I needed, so I got 3 cucumbers to help clean-up my substraight.

Surprise news alert! Fade bought a fish at MS yesterday! Imagine that!

They looked to much like a regular hotdog and would just have freaked me out in the tank. Actually, Dwayne told me to get the smaller brown ones because they actually work for a living. The pink/purple ones look cool, but I guess they are lazy.

and as Fade said, I needed to do something to clean up my "terrible" looking substraight.
 
I had never seen those pink ones. I have 2 of the ugly brown/yellow kind. One in the tank and one in the sump but I think my sump one is history. If the pink ones aren't good workers, does that mean they are more likely to starve? Or just a slower metabolism? They def. are colorful like thier cousins the sea apple thingy's. But we've all heard the story about those! The problem with the apples is that they are water column filter feeders and that's the red flag I thought. Doesn't mean I wouldn't love to have one.
 
Since I was really looking for a worker, Dwayne said to get the smaller brown ones. But, for looks, the big pink/purple ones are wild looking. I did not really look into their habits/issues/concerns because I was really just getting the worker-bees. When I make it back out there, I will ask more about them.
 
Only took us 15 minutes of badgering to get him to buy it. They had an awesome Tomini Tang there that had my name on it. Fade and Becky tried to get me to get it, but I did not cave. Fade offered to foster care him, but I did not cave. Patience is a virtue in this hobby.

The frags I got at the workshop are looking great this morning. Well, except for the placement in the tank. Some little short dude that needed a bucket to stand on put them in the tank. I will have to fix them tonight.
 
The back wall to the left near where the bigger tanks are had a cool looking tankg with a lot of red/orange near the tail area. I'm not good with fish names unless I've owned them but he was a pretty tang.
 
The peppermint hog is very holiday appropriate. Interesting method for choosing fish. I guess for Valentines day it's a valentini puffer, Easter is a rabbit fish, 4th of July a Stars and Stripes puffer, Halloween a clownfish, Thanksgiving ...
 
Im trying to get different fish Im tired of seen the same fish. I have only seen this fish 2 times and the price was very good so I couldnt pass it up.
