My reply is in the other thread, but thanks for being a great host for the meeting this month Joe. I hope the people that made it had a good time, I know I did and so did my kids. Have a good one Joe.
It was nice to meet Wowreefer and cakeman. Good to see SVTlightning too, you to Emily, sorry I didn't have any of whatever you were cooking in the fire, I had to go pick the third one up from a B-day party. Take it easy everybody.
Matt

Again, Joe and Deunna, thanks for hosting this month. I will think about those few hours of relaxation fondly for however many weeks I'm on caregiver duty. As always, it was nice to see you, Matt, and to see Brian again, as well as to meet our newest members!

Deunna, post some photos of your mugs so the people who missed the meeting can check them out.

Nice work on the glasses.. Here we have a very nicely etched Susquehanna Reef Club filled (well not quite by photo time) with a favorite cold frosty beverage and the fish in the background. 2 of my favorite activities in one photo.

Here is one of my favorite beverages "orange roughy" (orange vodka and sprit). In the background can be seem my drinking buddies..Franky (lawnmower), Rover (scooter), Nemo and marlin (daughter named the clowns), Chromie (chromis (wow ref.).
The xenia is doing great (fingers crossed) and the zoo's are staying alive..

By the way this is Susquahanna reef Club glass 2 of 2.

Hey everyone,

Sorry I haven't been on the board much, but I've been swamped with directing the move of my company to another state. It stinks to lose your job, but I'm not the only one to have to go through this crap!:D What a nightmare relocating a huge business. I think I whined too much about it to Brian during the meeting. Sorry, Brian, but thanks for putting up with me.
Anyway, thanks everyone who could make it to the meeting/cookout. What a great time my wife and I had. We wish we could host another meeting this weekend! We also missed the members who couldn't attend, but hopefully we'll see them all soon. You're ALL welcome at my place anytime. It was great inducting two new members, Jeff (cakemanPA) and Vince (wowreefer) into the club (and their families). And to top it off, the two new guys won the first two official club drinking glasses! I don't even have an official glass yet.....
I'll work on posting some pics. of the day as soon as I can.
Emily, you're in our prayers as you and your family are going through this difficult period.

Thanks,

Joe

Wow, awesome pics and glad to see everyone had a great time. Sorry I missed it. The glasses look awesome. What's the story behind them?
Emily, still have a slug for you, will hopefully be able to bring to the next gathering.

My wife created the "pattern" for the glasses on her computer program and cuts it out with her cutting machine. It took her quite a while. Then we both do the etching, which is the easier part. We had two glasses ready for the meeting, so we raffled those.
