I had a wonderful time meeting with new and old folks on here. Good to put names with some of these user names!!! I'm a compulsive buyer and had to take home that Heniochus Butterfly now I just hope it does well....lol Thanks to EBAY for this wonderful meeting!!!

Yea mikey. I know.. the wife has not been feeling good today, so it didnt work out. hope you guys had a good time. I was looking at some of those at AC the other weekend. there are some that are supposedly safe. the ones they stocked were. I cannot remember the differences but something to do with the rear fin at the bottom, and teh slope of the forehead. Good luck with them. I plan to try a pair or so in teh future. that or some Pyramid butterflies.
 
thanks ebay as always good times. out did yourselfs with the food and raffles. and lucky for us we didnt get rained out.:) its was nice seeing everyone new and old.

That was one of the best spreads foodwise I've ever seen at a meeting...but I'm a sucker for a lot of meat!

Some of you guys don't know this but Sean organized the first ever meeting of MTRC. Several of us met at Cancun's by the old Ebay store and then went over to the store for fragging etc. Sean is the one who first told me about RC back in 2003 and I actually had one of his early employees design the logo MTRC uses now when we were in the formative early months of the club.

Ebay has ALWAYS been very supportive of the club even before others got on the bandwagon.

Just wanted to mention this because Sean deserves a lot of credit for getting this club started and I'd be willing to bet not many knew that.

Im not rich by no means... just work alot and never go out like I used to... so all my money went to the animals...lol

Funny, Your right Squidward is definitely better looking! All kidding aside It was nice to meet some of the new people and put faces to the names.
Donny, I looked when i came in and thought? and then you were gone, But as short as it was glad to see a decent turnout to support EBay. Sean the food was great and the fish is sleeping pinned against the rock work and the back glass. You do need to check your Salinity it was kinda Low 1.018 but we acclimated the fish over an hour to be safe. Had a good time even though we missed a lot of the meeting, But my record is still perfect! Never won nothing Ha.....

Yep, sorry about that Bill. I was going to say hi but got caught up talking with somebody. I had to leave early as well and forgot. Maybe we can catch up again some other time.

Thanks for hosting us. It did turn out good and the food was great. It was good seeing everyone and just relaxing for a little while.
 
Thank you Sean and Scott! Although I'm new to the area as well as new to starting back into the saltwater hobby again, everyone was so nice and the food was great! I enjoyed meeting all of you. I really appreciate all you guys help me with!!!
