Well, after a very wet and salty weekend, my tanks are down, all the livestock is moved out, and I just have a couple of people pending on picking up hardware.
( I hope )

I want to thank all of you who have helped me out over the last couple of weeks one way or the other, and especially to those people who sent PMs expressing regret on my withdrawal from the hobby, and offering frags etc when I get back in ( not if )

I'll be out for at least a year, but I'm sure I'll continue to surf the boards. If I can continue to offer advice / help I will, and of course, I need to keep up to date for my next time in .

It was "Barney Miller"...final episode when Hal Linden looked back into the squadroom...hesitated just a bit and then flipped the light switch off.... a sad day for one of my favorite TV shows.
