Do they have these at the store? I will be in reading next week and was going to stop down there. Someone told me they often have 30% off coupons. How do you get those?

You have to visit the store to get on their preferred customer mailing list. You may be able to call them to get on the list.

I had gone to their website this morning and signed up for emails. I didn't see anything about a preferred customer. I will be visiting Lancaster this weekend so I will stop in the store.

30% off coupon is only good on Wednesday's this time around. They used to change the day, but it has been Wednesdays now for the past three or so coupons. As said above, you can sign up on the website.

I don't think you can sign up online to get the coupons in the mail. AFAIK, you must visit the store and fill out the preferred customer form. You can sign up online to get on their e-mail list and they send you emails about the specials going on at that time. Emails don't include the 30% off coupon....at least none of the emails I got. I always get my coupon in the mail.

Hello, hopefully this is a little helpful for everyone. Coupons are handed out in our retail store unless its the days of the sale. Coupons are also mailed out monthly to people who have signed up for our loyalty program. The website and store savings are totally different. When you sign up on the internet you receive our internet specials. The 30% off coupon is only available to use in store, on Wednesdays. Its 30% off of one item(15% off lighting systems), excluding aquariums, stands, canopies, reptiles, reptile habitats, birds, small animals, dog and cat food and frontline products.

Where does it say on the coupon that lighting systems are only 15% off. I didn't see it when I looked.
