One of my favorites and my first go-to for any dry goods. Awesome customer service too.
ThatFishPlace is excellent. They are very reputable. If you need to return an item, you must call for an RMA. They are top notch.
My other favorite is Drs. Foster and Smith. They are awesome. Every time they send a shipment, they already include a return label. How can you beat that!. Top notch.
I may surprise you, but "not on my recommended list" is Marine Depot. I recently had to go through hoops and finally take a restocking fee on a defective skimmer. After 2 weeks, there was not a drop of skim. They actually told me, that they will test the product at their store. If it works for them, no refund. Amazing. I told them, I have never had such a response from other "recommended mail order vendors". The guy told me, that they try hard to "discourage returns". So for me, I took the restocking fee. I could have purchased another item, but since they gave me flak on a defective item ( for me, I could not care if the item works for them), I decided, I really don't want to do business with a firm, like this, when there are a number of firms, that are more reputable.

I actually have a dry goods order coming from Marine Depot and a live stock order coming from That Fish Place.
If my order works out well from TFP, I will probably switch over to them for all of my mail order needs, based on everyone's feedback.
Besides, PA is a lot closer than CA; my Marine Depot orders seem to take forever to get here.

I have used ThatFishPlace for many years. They were my first mail order Marine vendor. Up until that point, I was paying through the roof at my LFS. Did not know they existed. Since I have used them for many years, I doubt you will have any problems.
