That Was Amazing!

Those of you that missed the last night launch...wow...the shuttle litterally crested OVER an almost full moon with nearly clear skies. I was able to watch it go to the horizon! I live like 5 minutes from the airboat ramps out past christmas. Was gone from home less than an hour!

We watched from the 5th story of the towers parking garage at UCF. Indeed, absoluetly stunning night. I know Ben had a blast!

I just watched it from my in-laws backyard. It was defently an awesome sight.

my wife finally got a launch pass and we were at the cape side and we got a view of a life time. we were so close you could see the thing fire on the pad and the noise was just amazing. the moon actually hindered the view a little but is was nice to finally see some light out there. it left north of use so the noise was beyond loud. of couse the camera crapped on use a couple of weeks ago but it was so bright the pics i did see from the others around use was just orange. from being born and raised in breavard county we just see the lauches as you guys few tourist going to disney but this time it gave me a whole new outlook on it

We watched it from the Winter Springs High School stadium....Homecoming Game....

Overall a great evening....
