Congrats Jess! I like the triple canopy doors ;)

Are you planning on any more fish? The Naso looks a little worse for wear, hopefully he'll get better real soon!

thanks! yea the naso has been blotchy since it came into the store, should go away eventually, eating like a pig and healthy so no worries. Yea christie, the filefish has to be my favorite fish, so much personality for such a small fish. he is finally getting brave enough to get in with the rest of the fish and eat.

Looking good! How do you like the reeflux bulbs and what ballasts do you use? I am running 2x250 and 1x400 as well but its time for new bulbs.

the 2-250's are on coralvue ballasts, so they work together great, the 400 is on a hamilton ballast i think (bought used). it is a little more blue than I like but the bulb is also getting close to being needed to be changed. with just 2 6ft vho bulbs as actinic supplement the color is very nice, a decent amount of blue without over doing it. i can't wait to get more coral in the tank and see the color versus growth.

(And I just have to add that I am DROOLING over your carpet. My clowns are too. Of course, they haven't discovered the RBTA yet, so maybe not...)

Still, that's going to be spectacular as it grows out

Lookin' good

Do you plan to add more LR for filtration and places to create your SPS haven?

LL

Mrs Smith, thanks, I just love my carpet, it has gotten huge when fully out it close to 12" across. that whole corner is designated to it so it can get as big as it wants, haha. lightsluver -- well there is about 150 lbs live rock in the display and then about 20 lbs in the refugium don't think i can really fit much more live rock. i did the aquascaping to have alot of spots for corals and will the rock work not going up very high in the tank it will give pleny of space for sps colonies to get large. as far as more filtration i don't know what else i would add to this system, its pretty much got it all.
