Hello everybody!
My name is Flo and i´m from Austria!
i´ve been reading here for a long time now and finally i decided to show u my tank (thx ed)
But first i´ve to say this forum is really awesome!
the tanks u see here are way of the top. u´ll never see such things in the german or austrian forums. maybe there are one or two but here .....:wildone:
tanks like Ed Reefs one or the one from Leonardos inspire me a lot!!!
So enough of that.
My tank has this parameters:
main: 155cm x 70cm x 60cm (L/B/H) => 61in x 27,5in x 23,6in
sump: 55cm x 55cm x 40cm (L/B/H) => 21,6in x 21,6in x 15,75in
DSB: 55cm x 30cm x 50cm (L/B/H) => 21,6in x 11,8in x 19,7in
Pterapogon Kauderni breed tank: 35cm x 25cm x 30cm (L/B/H) => 13,77in x 9,84in x 11,81in
streaming:
2 Vortech MP40W
1 Eheim Compact 3000+
lightening:
2 ATI 6x54W T5
Skimmer:
ATB cone skimmer
So now to the history of my new tank.
I´m living in Vienna (the capital city of Austria) and this Summer i had to move to a new apartment. So i decided to enlarge my old tank (380l => 100gal).
So i ordered the new one with the sump. The DSB- tank was used in my old one.
The main tank has three optiwhite glasses and is made out of 12mm glass.
so here´re some pics:
main tank standing on the floor!^^
sump (u see the old crappy floor):
the stand (u see the new beautiful floor):
and that´s what happened when i wanted to place the sump under the main.
i got stuck in the door frame cause the sump was slipping out of my hands and so i broke one of my middle hand bones (free translated
)
5 weeks plaster and 4 weeks therapy.... :hmm5::hmm5:
So this is the first set of fotos. i will update as soon as i´ve time!
Hope u enjoy my little documentary
Alles Gute
Flo
