Its very rare to recieve any type of service no matter what your buying now and days, let alone A++ service. I recieved an order for some metal halides that had some flaws in it and they replaced them. The replacement bulbs had flaws in them and wouldnt fire up and they replaced them. I now have MH bulbs that fire up and a company I really look forward to do business with in the future b/c of the service I recieved. I really applaud the service you guys provide along with the product line you have. Thanks again.
