The Big Controller Comparison Chart.

Jeffrey you can look at the chart for the manufacturers websites and you will find local dealers listed on the Aquatronica site. The Aquamedic is only available in the UK right now.

Curt you are correct.

I can't wait to see this ... maybe the Biomatix data will be there as well (I can dream, can't I?).

BTW, congratulations RobbyG on your ThOTM nomination!

Got back to you, check your email. Thanks so much for the help.

I wish I could put the Biomatix on the chart, but they have not released any detailed info yet.

I already made my decision and went with the AC3 for many reasons, however here's a suggestion that would have made things easier: Make it so users have more ability with the spreadsheet. For example, I hated to have all the columns when I was attempting to compare a few side by side. Instead I had to copy the data out and into a new sheet to see it side by side. I understand your reasons for protecting the spreadsheet, but maybe it's possible via macros or something.

Just a thought.

Yes... Let's say you have it narrowed down to 3-4 and you're attempting to compare and features of the 3-4 remaining models.

I like your idea Rokle. Maybe have them in different categories by price.. the 100-499 category, 500-899, etc. The deciding factor for most people is the price.

If you want to get real fancy, add in the estimated prices for the add on components and the ability to select them, since hardly any of the kits are complete out of the box ;)

Something like this?

You get a run-time error when you protect the sheet and attempt to remove columns. Also clicking on "View All"

there you go. That does help. I also like how you color coded them by price range. Price should be at the top of the list because of its importance, no? :)
