Won't that be 2 white? I am running 2 fiji purples, 2 aqua science 22k's, 1 ati blue plus and 1 aqua science duo. It has a very bright ice blue look to it.

No he doesn't. He just repeatedly plugs and unplugs the lights. The "lightning" flashing is from sparks flying off the ballast.
