I didn't think they'd be around till later this month but I went out to about 350' today off of bud light and found a large sea turtle with about 4-5 schoolies trailing it!

Didn't have any tackle on me! Next weekend is dolphin sammiches! :beer:
 
I'm getting excited once again. Thanks for the report. BTW, where is "bud light"? I am guessing it's a Miami thing?
 
Buoy off Key Biscayne by Stiltsville. I'd say about a half mile to a mile out past it? I dunno wasn't really paying too much attention. Like I said about 350' of water
 
Dude, I SO want to go!!! I have all the tackle we need! It's killing me that I don't have a boat!!!
 
Yup... I posted at least a dozen times that I needed someone to go with, and I heard crickets. When you're asking generally, everyone wants to go, then when you're ready to go, nobody replies ;( That still amazes me. I cherish a great day on the water. Heck, I cherish a marginal day on the water ;)~
 
If you're willing to take a trip down to Miami sometime in April or May I'm sure we can make somethin work. Throwdowns on gas are always welcome. That or mostly naked/naked women :)
 
one of my friends was out on sunday and he said that they were trying at 300' with no luck for 2 hours then when they were getting ready to head back they hit a whole school at 40'. ended up with i think 13. pretty sick
