The doser2 problem

Hi. I'm new from Hong Kong.
Some questions want to ask. Thanks.

Why my doser2 the light will be yellow color and bling ?how can I fix it ?
I check the information :error problem with serial no. Or security key
And don't know where can change the no. Or key

Please help.

And the doser2 can't update the firmware even I try to open the doser2 to follow the emergency update.

The doser will flash yellow to indicate that one of the fluid containers is running low. You can reset this by looking at the dosing pump overview screen and seeing which dosing container needs to be refilled.
