Allready 4 months have passed since I first introduced live rock in my tank.
Up till now it thas only been exposed to daylight and I must say they are developing to my liking.:bounce2:
Here in the Netherlands the majority of newly set-up tanks get a boost of light right from the start. This results in green medows and much worries.
A mowing team is introduced and before you know it they have to move again because they get hungry and werent intended in the first place.
Hmmm, not my cup of tea.
So indeed, I am a slowcoach, but I firmly believe in the benefits of patience.
Knowing that (micro-macro) live keeps developing on the rock, (so after six months my synchiropus splendidus will not starve when being introduced), keeps me motivated.
But than, who would sow grass, water it and at the first tender hint of green set loose the cows? Anyone?
Like cutting the grass from under your own feet.:wildone:
