Can anyone tell us what in the world we have here...I am thinking maybe colonial anenomes but not sure...

I think I"ve got the same 4 color morphs in my tank too. :D
although that middle left one is a tad difficult to make out.
 
Can you post a pic taken under non-actinic only lighting?
Making it difficult to see that spot, looks like a section of bumby rock to me, lol.
 
Looks like either a mushroom (lucky find) or a majano (unlucky find). But it's tough to tell (it has low contrast coloration, and my eyes sometimes have troubles picking out details of things with lower color contrast on my crap-top). Try googling "majano anemone" and see if that looks closer to what you're looking at.
 
Well, y'know what it is? It has a sort of ruffled edge like a bullseye mushroom (Rhodactis inchoata), but it appears to have a bit of taller, more elongated shapes coming from the disc and pointing upwards, making it look like a majano.

I disagree. Nepthia is a greenish looking leather. That looks more like Kenya tree.
