The keys

Where does everyone stay when they go to the keys? We are trying to plan a trip in Aug. We would like to rent a house for a week anybody?

Havent been there in years but theres a place called the topsider thats kind of neat. IIRC they are 2-3 bedroom houses on stilts with full kitchen and washer/dryer as well. http://www.topsiderresort.com/BODY.html is the website.

We stayed at the Flamingo Inn in Marathon 2 weeks ago. It was so/so but the price was right.

I just got back last weekend and we found a pretty nice duplex for 1600 for a week. While we were there though we meet the neighbor who had a more modern and bigger place that he would rent for 1400 and siad you could rent just the downstairs apartment (1bed 1 bath) for 700. It's in Key Colony Beach which is basically Marathon. Let me know if your interested and I can pm you his contact info.

Honestly it doesn't matter where you stay, its the Keys, everywhere is fun!

Bacchus did you guys take your boat down? How was the water? It was a bit rough when we went so we stuck to shore dives.
