I agree with copokie, since they haven't killed each other by now you're good. The constant "fighting" from the orange is probably from 1) let's just assume she's the female, she was there first and 2) it's a 5.5 gall. In a larger tank, they still fight but just not as much. Btw, do you have areas in the tank for the black one to hide in? My black ocellaris pair were like that in the beginning stages. The slightly larger one would always bully the smaller one. I just picked up a mixed ocellaris pair for my soon to be sps reef. The male is probably going to be orange while the female is black. The different colors they have really compliments one another, especially under my metal halides.

Also I wouldn't worry too much about them both being female. For a while my male black ocellaris would beat up my female ocellaris and threw her out of the rose anemone for a while, which made me to believe they both were female. After a while though the female took charge again and they are now currently tending to their first clutch of eggs together.

I just added prazipro to the tank, hopefully that helps them get rid of those parasites. Otherwise, both are eating like champs and the orange is a little less mean to the black now.

i also went this route and got one orange and one black clown. theyve been in the tank for over a month and are doing good. the orange one (female) still rushes the black one and he does the quiver thing, but they swim and sleep together.
i got the orange clown first and found a black one much smaller then it and added it a week later. the smaller black one didn't put up a fight at all and immediately took the submissive role.

another update
i had to stop the QT cuz the tank was just to small and the black clown was being beat up on to much. hopefully they will do well in the DT, they were both doing great in QT.

i just witnessed something very awesome
my anemone is now hosting my black clown. i witnessed it go into it for the first time! it almost seemed like a drug to the clown. blacky(hes still unamed, but for now its easier to type) always chills in the corner of the tank and i saw him have a huge fight with orange(not real name) and orange chased him around the tank into the anemone. blacky was shocked and kinda freaked out and got away from it. slowly after he started creeping up to it and would let him touch him than he would dart away! it was very comical, like a super anxious animal investigating what it was. soon he would let it touch him more and now he really likes it! its his spot to get away from orange, but soon orange is going to start liking it also and im sure kick him out.
