The only reason I buy from premium aquatics

I've been buying from them for years and all I can say is "Great Service".

I recently bought another ballast from them and it came with a new type of socket. After contacting them after hours they returned my email within one hour of the new business day. Not only did they offer to ship the new adapter when it arrives (part and shipping) for free. They also price matched the item after I bought it(was only a few dollars no big dea). I wasn't asking them to match it. Just noticed it when I was looking around for this new adapter that just came out. Their competitor didn't offer FREE shipping on the item so the price match was no big deal to me. Free adapter and shipping!

This is not the first time I've had any issues with goods from them. In fact this is the third. None there fault. One was a shipping issue(package crushed) another was a bad radium bulb.

Never, have they given me a hard time.

It is hard to get great service these days.
