The Road of Recovery

Here is a few pictures showing the road of recovery of a wild acro that I got my hands on last spring. The acro started to RTN and I ended up having to frag it up into pieces in order to try to save it. None of the frags made it except for a little bit of tissue on this frag. I kept it around because I knew it would turn out to be a really nice acro.

great job! truly a motivation to keep the piece as well as hope in future troubled pieces. I have a couple in my tank that has gone through similar rescues, and it is truly rewarding to see them coming back. Thanks for sharing!

Here is an updated shot. Due to tank neglect, my growth rate has been really slow and dealing with some hair algae. Starting to get my mojo back and working on getting things back in line. Pleas excuse the ugly algae. Anyways, picture as of 09-14-12.
