since zack came & picked up the 2 pico tanks the other day, i have become struck by the wierd silence....no trickling water or ever so slight hum from a light fixture

it's kinda spooky

James think long and hard about what you want and go for it. It always worked out better for me when I brain stormed with other people and drew out a few different plans. I would then list the pros and cons to each and eliminate them one by one till I ended up with what I really wanted and that I thought would work best for me. (When your ready to get back in.) Another thing is to not give up and keep after it even if set backs arise. Geesh wonder if Ive ever had one of those. LOL

Whenever you missed the tanks, you can always drop by here to look at mine and do any maintenance that it needs!!!! :D
J/K, seriously, you can drop by here whenever I'm home, you can just sit infront of it and stare at it all you want!!!! lol

wow....since dec 06, i have had some sort of tank, but it's only been a week w/out one & it seems like forever LOL

i have a portion of the stuff needed to set one up, but not everything.....
* 10g tank
* acrylic pieces for false wall & baffles
* leds & fan for led fixture
* southdown sand
* smaller pieces of rock (about 10lbs or so)
* HD gc to get wood for stand/canopy/surround
* few random needed plumbing items
* hydor flo deflector for return into tank

still need:
* small return pump
* heatsink for led fixture
* buckpucks for led fixture

......really can't be spending any $$$ at the moment, so that is why there is no movement on setting up this small tank

guess i'll just have to suffer through the silence
