Sorry for the confusion I'm asking wht bulb would the midday be in a ati bulb not the whole combo and if the listed above is a good combo minus the aquablue and replacing it with the midday

Thanks for all the help Grim....the other day you recommended that i use 4 ATI Blue Plus 1 Purple Plus and a Coral Plus.... just a quick follow up....im not familiar with T5s and the position of the bulbs in the fixture....in what order should i place the bulbs you recommended on the Extreme Pro?

Also, like I said I have been running the chinese LEDs for a while...i dont want to stress out the frags I have and most importantly the RBTA that has been nice and puffy for a long time on the bottom of the tank...how should I do the switch from the LEDs to the T5...is it as easy as just putting the new fixture or should i do it gradually?

Actinic Plus front center and last, Coral Plus in the 2nd Pure actinic 3rd and Actinic plus in the 5th and 6th.

Purple plus in slot 2 and coral plus in 4. You might want to run just the dusk/dawn for 10 hours or so with the other 4 lamps on 3 or 4 hours to start and ramp it up from there until they are used to the intensity.

Ya that and the reflectors are another big part of it.

Ok I know they are not the best best out there....But can I do a mix reef with this light? I got one really cheap....To be honest I dont want to hear about my house burning down....I know I will need to replace the bulbs But with what?
