The Time Is Finally Here...

I don't know, but lets make sure they stay. And it is not Vince. But I still don't like Vince-- he is not a quarterback. And he had a chance to come close to a first down in the third quarter when scrambling, and he held up and braced for the hit. I really don't like him. Randy is going to chime in I am sure.

Finnegan ceartainly helps:).....and to think he was a 7th rounder. Reminds of a guy named Blaine Bishop:)
I like Vince.......I ceartainly went nuts when they drafted him. I'm not sure whether he has "gotten it" yet or not though. I hope he will. It looks like we are stuck with him one way or the other because he's Bud's boy. I can remember when McNair didn't quite seem to get it and when Dinger was hired all of a sudden he was throwing 3 TD's a game.....we'll see.

I think we are stuck with him too, but he is up next year and so are a few others. I don't like Lindell White either. Anyway, I hope Vince gets better-- his passes are not accurate and the talent of others is definitely helping out- IMO

Still don't like Vince... Not sure I ever will... I thought he was a dynamic player his rookie year, but he showed he was a quitter his second year... He's going to have to do a lot more to earn me back as a fan, and I'm not talking about winning games... He needs to show me that he's not going to quit, is mature enough to handle adversity, and is going to lead the team on the field... Shutting his mouth is a start, we'll see how he does if we get a few td's behind... If he doesn't give up, and shows leadership, I may come around... As bad as Crompton was at the beginning of the year, I supported him... I can't say the same for Vince, but I do support my Titans!!! :D

I think the lack of linebacking depth has finallly caught up to us. I would be willing to bet we were lined up wrong a bunch in the first half. Our third string freshman middle linebacker who has started all of one game is in charge of that.
I also think it really hurt to not have Jackson in there.......what a bunch of boneheads.

The biggest shock to me today is we had yet to just get shelacked this year and we did. That and Ole Miss just started giving that McCluster guy a lot of touchs the last couple of games. That guy is sick.

If we can beat Vandy and KY, which I think we can, I still think it will be a positive season.

McCluster is bad. He was a big part of our offense last year, but for some reason they decided he's not big enough to play until late in the third quarter, or into the fourth. Afraid his body won't hold up(???). I've never seen him slow to get up, though (kills me that we wouldn't play the best player on our offense early in the season-Snead is as streaky as a 70's streaker;)). He seems to be breaking records every game they let him play the entire game... Missed the second half with an electrical fire at one of my outlets, but it looks like he really turned it on in the second half.

I expected a much different outcome yesterday. After getting beaten by Auburn a few weeks ago, I lost any remaining confidence in the team. It's hard to really get behind someone when they don't show any signs of consistency other than bad offense every game... Then when the defense gets fooled on the same play on seemingly every other down, morale drops significantly...

As Chris said, our off field issues I'm sure played a big role in the team being distracted... And I'm not sure we lacked too much depth at linebacker, as much as 2 season ending injuries has resulted in that... :( Disappointed about the rout...

Good for Kiffin, they deserved it.

I can't believe ole' Bud. You would think in 80 something years he would aquire some class:rolleyes: I guess nothing gives you class like a 1/4 million dollar fine
