The Time Is Finally Here...

We are going to the peach bowl!!! We just got tickets tonight off eBay and paid 45 a ticket. Down side there on VT side 20 yard line upper deck but we are going!!!! Go vols!
 
I think we are going down that day and staying the night... We'll likely stay somewhere else besides downtown through the weekend... :) I find out exactly where my tickets are on Monday... All they say right now is SectionTBD LevelTBD RowTBD10 Seats 20 and 21... Student tickets were first come fisrt served, so I think I got pretty good ones... :D
 
Anyone going to be here for the game??????? Or at least know a good place to go to watch the game-- other than Atlanta?

I'll be in Indiana. My in laws are going to loose me for half a day with the Memphis basketball game and the bowl game:D
 
Did anyone see the game and can say what happened? Why did LT have a higher passer rating than Vince? Did the old nonpassing Vince return, or did our stone handed receivers show their best or is the SD D that good?
 
Vince had one of his worst games, 2 interceptions and a fumble (that was actually a good play before someone knocked it out). The turnovers and penalties were what killed the offense but IMO horrible defense is why they lost the game:(

I couldn't believe it when I read Meyer was stepping down at Florida. At first I thought "I knew he was going pro" and then I read it was for health reasons. I hope whatever it is it's something that can be fixed or managed medically.
 
I heard rumers in Miss. on the radio about him going to Notre Dame, but they didn't think they could buy out the old contract and pay the new one. I haven't heard anything about his health, I hate to hear that

Oh, and that Titans game was one I was glad I didn't watch... I was at my In-Law's watching "Inglorious Bastards" getting text updates, cussing everytime SD scored, which was often... :rolleyes:
 
I'll be watching the UT game too. Folks can watch it here if there's no better place.
Didn't make any new year's eve plans since I've been gone.
A friend who picked me up at the airport just got free tickets through sport's animal today, lucky bugger!


Inglorious Basterds was out-friggin-standing. Saw an advanced screening of that one downtown for free. Best comedy-gore outside of the horror genre in some time! :)

I agree, best movie I've seen in a while... :D Wish they had an avatar of one smiley stabbing the other in the face... :blown:
 
I have been trying to get it from the redbox, but it is never there. I was wondering how good of a movie it is. Tarintino (I can't spell) movies are a little weird.
