I'm not an expert, but I don't see how you wouldn't get a flow increase with eductors. What GPH is your overflow gonna be rated for?

I dont know exactly. From what i understand if i had 4- 2" drains instead of 3 you could run 2 darts wide open.

Welcome back, how was your vacation?

Well so far the opening is fully cut out, all existing electric is rerouted, new electric has been snaked over and the opening is framed back in. I am going to finish leveling the stand and cut the plywood for the top and bottom today. If time permits i am going to start casing out the opening with trim today too.

The vacation was great. The route we had planned out was still snow bound in the passes so we had to ajust our plans a little. There is nothing like being in the back country backpacking in the mountains where no one else can get to unless you hike in and too far for day hikers

kybreos: Yes the dart is 1.5". I plan on "T"ing off to 4 1" return lines from it.

the intake on the dart is 2 inches right? do you have to use a 2 inch bulkhead or can you use a 1 inch and then just put an adapter on it?

Yes the intake is 2" and they do make 2" bulkheads. I wouldnt use a smaller bulkhead because i think it would restrict too much.

Been a little while since i updated, so i figured i do a quick update.

Friday is the BIG DAY! I will be picking up the tank on friday morning. I have been at a stand still with the opening and building the closet because i need the tank in place before i build the closet because a little bit of the tank will be in the closet.

In the waiting process i have been acquiring some equipment. I picked up a Deltec PF 601 calcium reactor, 3 of the new Lumen Max Elite reflectors, 3 220v 250w Icecap ballasts and a Tunze wavebox. I will be running 2 waveboxes just havent picked up the extension box yet. I have also decided to go with black Starboard on the bottom.
