I thought about using 2. I also thought about buying a booster pump to increase the output of mine. But i still need to put a bubble trap in my sump and wont have my skimmer body till maybe tuesday, so i dont know exactly where im going to place the trap. By then the tank will be pretty close to being filled. Thank you though.

Billy, looks great and it is coming along well I am wondering how those 4 enductors are going to preform on that dart. If they do well I might just have to add a few

Well so far there is just under 7" of water in it.

Triggerfish ran 2 of them on a dart in his tank and said they were restricting the pumps flow some but were increasing flow in the tank. I hoping that with 4 they wont restrict the pump and create a good amount of flow in the tank.

I thought an eductor needed to have some pressure to work properly. Without enough pressure all they do is create more head on the pump and restrict flow. I've been researching them myself some, and was wondering how 2 of them would do on a dart gold. Really interested to see how they do on your setup.

I talked to Billy about 4:30ish and had 9" of water in the tank.

I am just going to buy my water....oh John.....LOL J/K

I will let you know how well they work. I have read they work better on pressure rated pumps but do work on non pressure rated pumps.

Tank is at about 11.5"

Also got my lights assembled. Need to hang them and hook up the ballsts and timer.

The clarity of the Starphire is absolutely amazing.

Not yet. It should be pretty close to being ful today. I am going to stop filling when it get close so i can put my bubble trap in when i get the skimmer.
