Well, i got korallin kalk reaktor as ordered from pA, and quickly too i might add. but the box was damaged when it was delivered. i woke up and found it laying outside my front door. the shipping box had a rather large divot on one of the edges. u.p.s is turning out to the most brutal delivery service known to mankind. but thankfully everything was ok, due to the decent packing job you all did. i would just like to see, if its possible, to pack my pinpoint ph controller in a 4'x4'x4' cube of styrofoam just to be on the safe side.

Hi,

Sorry to hear they stabbed your Reactor box, glad to hear it made it. Our shipping crew is pretty good on extra packing. UPS is quite brutal sometimes. I've heard it's at the sorting plant where all the damage comes from. We've tried Fedex and Airborne and they beat them up too. UPS does seem more rough, but handle the claims much better, so we keep using them.

I wish they would have a service where you could pay extra to have it hand sorted through out the entire process, instead of big machines tossing them around.
