Thermometer for new build

Hello I'm a reef aquarium noob ! I am currently designing a 250 gallon mixed reef tank with sump. Any one have a recommendation for a submersible thermometer ? And how many ? I am looking at installing a APEX Neptune controller on this system as well.

Use the Apex Neptune thermometer. It is a good idea to have a Lab Grade thermometer to check the Neptune thermometer since you can calibrate them, but the Neptune thermometers I have used have all been very close out of the box.
