I noticed that one of my 6100's wasn't moving much water at all.
So I pulled it from the system thinking it needed a cleaning.
The transformer was too hot to even touch, unlike the other 3 I have running.
I Cleaned it very well no fix
I swapped the transformer (black puck) with another one and it got smoking hot.
I swaped the control box with another, didn't help
I changed out the rear,front bushings and impeller & shaft, still the same issue.
The only thing left is the pump body, do these go out?
The propeller shaft wall is in great shape. So im thinking it may be somthing internal?
Symptoms are runs at about 30% and freezes, then the power transformer (black puck) gets very hot. Every thing was changed out except the pump body it's self.
I have been using it with out any problems now for about 7 years.
