Think this clown breeding system will work?

I want to put 2 black and white clowns in a tank (probably 20gal hex) and have the tank piggy backed off of my 120 and then drain back down into my 120 sump so I don't have to add any more pumps. Think this will be enough room to get the clowns to breed? I currently have 2 false perculas in my 120 and they pick at a tile I put in for them, rub their bellies on the tile but don't lay any eggs so I assume that they feel threatened by something in the tank so I want to provide a tank off of my system to put them in to breed. Here is a design of what I'm thinking about doing. The clown tank will go on the black box.

Thanks Kathy. I was reading some posts online and people were having a debate on whether or not you could get clowns to breed in anything smaller than 40gallons. I'm not sure if it was because of unstable water params or space. Which is why I posed my question. Thanks again.

I have two pairs of orange and white ocellaris breeding in 10 gallon tanks currently. Many other breeders and people out here use similar sized tanks.
