Thinking of adding a wavebox please chime in

Im thinking of gettting a Tunze Wavebox 6208 for my 90. I really like how the waves look, and the response from corals. I also like how it clears all the gunk from your rocks and the sandbed. I am currently running 3 Koralia 1050's right now, if I get this Wavebox, I understand I still need some additional flow. I would idealy like to get a Vortech, but they are too expensive for me right now. So for now, I will stick with my Koralias. I currently have two Koralia's on one end of my tank and one on the other end, if I add the Wavebox, will I only need one of my Koralias running? Or will I need to have two or three runing? If I just leave one running, should I just point it at my overflow box? I really want a Vortech, would an MP10 be enough flow to mix it up? Thank you for your help!

I wont touch Jebao products with a 10 foot pole, you get what you pay for. I have had bad experiences with their products. I got a light fixture when i started reefing that subsequently caught on fire after a few months. Never again with them...

ive had mine for a while now and its awesome. im getting a second. I totally got more than i payed for. there's a GB for $60 each.

i have PE from SPS that hasnt grown in years, seriously it just sat there doing nothing till i did the wavemaker thing.

I have been reading thru alot of WP threads today, and I am pretty interested in giving them a shot, hellovalot cheaper then Vortech and Tunze products. I want to add these to my 90 gallon, would two WP40's using one of those voltage regulators turned down work for me? I want to get the 40's so I wont have to upgrade again later when I get a bigger tank.

I have one wide open on a 75, and it rocks it. I also purchased the adaptor with it, but have not had to turn it down.

Pigpen, how does it do pulling the dietrius off of the rock and sandbed? This and polyp extension is the main reasons I want to get a wave maker. Also, do you need an additional power head to get all of the suspended dietrius to your overflow?

The undertow is pretty good, I still baste deeper crevices on my rocks. I operate it in "else" mode and it keeps everything suspended in the water column pretty well. I also from time to time switch to wave mode to stir it up.

After feeding, any loose pellets on the sand bed come right up when the pump kicks on. It will suck them clear from the opposite side of the tank.

was that the "Jebao" light fixture or "Jebo" light fixture?

I just got a pair of 25s for my 90 and I ended up just using one. I also have an MP10 sitting across it in the tank. But with one 25 on W1 setting I'm getting a good wave motion that lifted a lot of the detritus off my rocks.

I set my MP10 on NTM and the 25 on W1 on full blast and watch everything get blown up the water column.

I don't have SPS though mostly zoas and Euphilias so I didn't want to add the second 25, one was enough to keep the entire tank with good water flow.
