Thinking of getting a blennie

I went to the LFS and saw this dark purple blennie as it the dark color faded towards it tail but not too much. Anyone know what kind this is? THey didnt have a sign on their tank. When i asked her she said it was a blennie, which i already knew but wanted to know what kind. I want to know if it will get along with what is in my tank will it eat my corals?

Kinda sounds like a bicolor blenny

hmm i would say, Black Combtooth Blenny .... i think the light of the tank made his tail seem lighter ....

Actually after doing some looking around i think a Tail Spot Blenny would be better off in my 12g. Anyone have one? Any Tips?

honestly, most of the blennies are too big for a 12 gallon tank. I'd consider a small goby instead.

Agreed or a small jawfish.

2 clowns will pretty much torture any other swimming fish in a 12gallon sooner or later, especially with an anemone. i would keep the tank as it is
if you are to tempted to buy another fish, i would go with a burrowing fish. make sure to have a burrow set up for them also
