Tank is just ordered, 108x30x27 with 2 external overflows off the back. I was considering waveboxes, 4 of them to be exact. Is this possible to keep 4 in synch? Return will likely be a hammerhead through a OM 4 way will this cause issues? Any dead spots will be hit with Nanostreams if I can get them mounted on 3/4" glass somehow. Any thoughs would be helpful. TIA

You can sync four but that will be a big wave and stress the tank, I would get one and an extension. The nanos will work with a 3/4" glass. Honestly, I would get a wavebox, extension and 2 6101's with a 7095 controller.

Thanks, I will take your advice and get what you listed. I am not familiar with the 6101 though so will have to search around for those I guess.

It will replace the 6100 in a few weeks. Since you haven't ordered yet it is likely what will be available when your order can be filled. It is basically the same pump without a seperate driver and with an electronic power supply instead of a copper coil transformer. It will cost a little less as well, about $300 but I don't have a firm US MSRP yet.

OK, thanks. I don't understand what all that means but since it is a new model I will assume it is changing for the better. I wont have the tank for another 8 weeks so I guess Premium Aquatics will have them when available. Is there an expected backlog when these new pumps come out? Should I preorder them now along with the waveboxes?

The wavebox and extension has its own controller and runs best independently on its own controller, that controller could be networked to the 7095 but it is not really an advantage in most situations.
