I think you should pull out the yellow wrasse and not add any others. Yellow wrasses get 5 inches long and need the space to swim. The 4-line could technically fit, but it can be aggressive. The orange back fairy wrasse also grows big for a 42 gallon.
The mystery wrasse will probably become a monster in a 42 as it gets older, and definitely not tolerate a four-line (same genus). I would keep the yellow and ditch the mystery.
no on 3rd wrasse, that mystery wrasse might be an issue as mentioned above... you might be able to keep the yellow wrasse for awhile before it gets too big. I' worry that the mystery wrasse might go crazy once it gets older/bigger. I love mystery wrasse but i'm not willing to sacrifice my other wrasse for one wrasse.
