If you tried on the 10th second, you would have only waited 9 full seconds + hitting the button, the full 10 seconds hasn't expired yet (I'm assuming you are a lighting fast button clicker). On the 11th second you have waited a full 10 seconds.

lol. People need to learn how to drive here. Like people who stop on the on-ramps. I really like those folks. The traffic here is miserable and there's absolutely no need. I would love to see what would happen if they were dropped in chicago traffic. I almost creamed some dumbsh*t the other day on the interstate. She had her freaking rat, er, chihuahua on her lap and stopped on the ramp. Then decided to continue onto 65 right in front of me and I could see the panic in her eyes when she finally saw me. :lol:
I just can't think of a better place to live ...:rolleye1:
