yes it is i have had it about 5 year now got it at the fin den

Got mine 6 years ago from FIn den. HA!!!! doors were really small too so I took off one of the side panels form the inside and cut the screw holes off of it and hinged it on the outside, so now I can access the side of the stand and not be limited by those little short doors.
