Agreed

Kevin, you miss the point. Let's say you went into one of the "good" stores and they were having an off day, or you were in a bad mood and had a bad experience "In your opinion". You then come on the boards and rant about how much they suck.

Not real fair to the store as they have no real way to defend themselves.

If those type of posts shouldnt be allowed, neither should this posting where although it seems to be sub par, they cant respond and have no recourse to the accusations.

I totally agree and support the policy.

The way we change things in a LFS that is not using sound husbandry is by letting them know what we think when we are there
I agree with this whole heartily.. This should be the first step! All LFS have the chance to have a great potential of being a nice store. But that help needs to come from us, as well.

For whatever reason, the forum rules that have been a part of this forum since its second day were unstuck and dropped out of site.

They're back again!

If you don't remember them or if you've simply never seen them, please read them.

if that scenario were to happen in real life, and if the store was truly worth a damn, then everyone else would jump in a disagree and relay their good experiences and suggest to the person that they had an unusual experience at the place...which would prevent any "good" store of receiving unfair "bad press"

if you can't talk about bad experiences, then unfortunately the good experiences shouldnt be shared as well
