this normal for a mushroom?

i added a few gallons of saltwater mixed and this happened to my mushroom. Im guessing its ok but i wanted to make sure.

its things in the middle came out, never seen that before.

If you search "mushroom puking it's guts out" you'll find other instances. One of mine did this when I glued it to a rock so there was some frantic searching going on, lol!
From what I read they can do this when they are stressed out, so maybe the new water params didn't line up with what was already in the tank?
My mushroom sucked its guts back in within an hr or so, and was fully open again by the next day.

Mine spit out too when I mess with them. I don't think they suck it back in though. Looks like streamers.

ya mine pulled back in. i've never seen it do that before.
