Been like this for couple weeks...anyone seen before? Got a few that are really stretched out

They look very healthy to me, and it was common when I had them.

They are looking to reach out and touch someone. Perfectly normal, just keep other corals that distance from it.

And by "touch someone", he means use the sweeper to sting encroaching corals to keep them away. Many (most?) LPS corals do the same thing to one extent or another. Take a look at night to see them at their best.
