Well no electricity involved, flooding or vehicles rolling over trees but I did drop my refractometer in my tank the other day. It was completely submerged for about 15 seconds. I took it out tried to get as much water out of it as possible. They I washed it out repeatedly by dunking ind swishing it in a RO/DI bath. I'm happt to say it is working fine now after it dried out. i just need to get some calibration fluid to make sure but I think I'm good to go. Hopefully nobody will need to but it is possible to save a refractometer after a swim in the tank.

I have to say Mark that's one that I don't Joe's done yet,,,,but give him time.

What are you doing posting at 1:00 AM anyway???

Been there, done that. Dropped it a cpl weeks ago in the vat of salt water when testing. You know how hard it is for my arms to reach into the bottom of a 30 gal container to fish it out?

Have not been on much at all. Too busy with work, organizing the garage with 26' of workbench and shelving, spending time with Monster at the lake, etc. You know, important matters to take care of. Starting to design my next project. I want to step off the deck on the round part and put in a 14' round brick patio to hold a fire ring for my marshmallows. Not sure why, no one drives to Yoder land. lol
