Yup, looks like cyanobacteria. You can suck up small areas of it, and if you increase flow to that area it will likely resolve.

You'll see my post in there on the 4th or 5th page if you get that far...I had a cyano problem, tried everything and ended up finding out that my alk was low. When i got a new test kit and figured it out, and then raised my alk, cyano went away for good.
