When I put on the new maget upgrade kit and turned on the pump the whole wet side is spinning???

The new drive shaft screw fits extremly tight in the bearing???

Seems like alot of issues with the new upgrade from reading the posts...why am i having so many issues geeting it to work???

I need some help. It wont spin???

No way it can be tight in the bearing as the hole in the bearing is at least twice as big as the diameter of the screw. Based on one other post you have here on the same issue it sounds like the nut is not tightened down.
What other issues are you referring to concerning the upgrade that we have not seen. From what I have seen they have been mostly positive.

So far the only issues we've experienced with the Gen2 magnets have been attributed to installation error. To avoid this, make sure that the washer and other parts were installed the same way they were on the pump prior to disassembling the wetside. To make this easier, we are working on an installation guide which I will post here as soon as possible.

I apologize for the negativity. But the new screw does not fit to well in the bearing part(white) and sliver part. It has to be forced in to fit. The propeller also has to be forced on to fit.

I have tried the nut hand tightened, and loose and the propeller spins now. But the nut is very loose.

Now the unit stalls and when plugged in it takes about 5 seconds before it starts??

Flow must have slowed as well due to how hard it has to work to get it to spin. I must have received a wider screw because it is forced.

To answer your question on the issues. i have read 3 post last night where the exact same issues were identified!

That makes no sense. The new shaft screw and nut are the same as the old except made of plastic. If it has to be forced to fit then maybe there is something wrong with your bearing? I had no problems with my change over except I over tigtned the nut on one of my pumps so the wetside would spin off. This was easily fixed by loosening it slightly and everything works great.

The fit of the screw has no affect on the pump's ability to spin. Even if the screw has to be forced in this does not actually affect the pump. The pump's ability to spin is only determined by the geometry of the drive shaft and the bearing and these parts did not change as a result of installing the Gen2 magnet kit. The screw simply fastens the rotating parts (magnet, drive shaft, and propeller) together.

Please review our exploded view of the assembly and contact service directly via phone to go over what could be wrong.

Call me crazy but I think an installation guide or at least some instructions would help....I loved this $400 pump until I tried to install my upgrade kit with no instructions or guide provided...now I hate it !!
