Thorite Cement

Anybody know where I can purchase Thorite Cement by Thoroseal locally? Also if anyone has had any experience with this product please add comments. How expensive is this stuff?

P.S. I have been using Aquascape epoxy for rockscaping but they only come in 4oz packages and you go through that pretty quickly. Especially when you keep changing the rockscape, (LOL).
