I went to the calling hours tonight. And I can't tell you the sadness I felt for Chuck and both families. My heart broke to think his adorable son will grow up without his mom. Chuck will need all of his friends to rally around him during this awful tragedy. I would encourage every one to take a minute to let Chuck know your thinking about him and his family.

My God, I really can't believe i am reading this. I was just with Ben talking about not making it to your house for 3 straight weeks. Stay strong. You will be in my prayers for a while.

We must really cherish every day with our family and friends as we truly are only human. We are only on this planet for a short ride but the rewards of treating kindly every one we meet are eternal.
