Thoughts On The Nuvo 30?

I'm looking to add an additional tank for my room, in the nano-range.

I really like the look and design of the Nuvos, and the 30G would be great for the room I'm thinking about.

It's just none of the forums really have that much info on the Nuvos, there's like only 3 videos on Youtube, not a ton of reviews, etc.
I know they're pretty new to the market, but is there anything about them I'm missing?

Do people think they're not worth the money, don't like the Skyye LEDs, don't like the filters, think the price will drop?

I'm basically comparing these 3, but visually I like the Nuvo a lot more. Just not sure if I like it $300 more, you know.

- JBJ 28G with the 27W LEDs/Stand ($449)
- Oceanic 29g BioCube HQI/Stand ($425)
- M Nuvo 30 with the 30W Skyye Tab LED/Stand ($750)
(Those the best prices I've found so far)

Anyone have a Nuvo they'd like to tell me about? Glad you bought it? Bought it over another Nano all-in-one, etc.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I just setup a nuvo 16

I just setup a nuvo 16

As far as feedback on the nuvo's go, I just setup a 16 and love it. No issues with silicone, and the tank is well made. In fact, aesthetically I think it blows some of the other aio options out of the water.

The 8w skkye lights are really nice looking too, but I'm not sure if I will need to upgrade down the road as I have not decided my stocking plans.

All together though, a great tank and I am very happy I picked one up

I only have experience with a 14 gallon biocube, but I'm also looking for a new All in One in that same size range. After doing some research I think the Nuvo looks far nicer than the other 2 you mentioned. Have you considered going with the AI Sol Nano over the Skyye LED? That is what I'm looking into right now and all the reviews seem to be very good. Also, you could consider a solana 34 if you can find it, or one of the new JBJ rimless tanks that will be coming out soon.
