I borrowed an old DSLR from work and took a bunch of pics tonight. My point and shoot has no WB control, and it doesn't auto WB very well, so this is a significant improvement over my normal shots.
color and exposure looks perfect from my end. Using a tripod to close up the aperture to bring the subject fully in focus would be nice as stated but really impressive for a hand held shot. Good work!
I agree, nice. I might crop a little off the bottom. WHatever that dark thing is in the front (out of focus forground) creates a distraction to me. Look much cleaner with it cropped a little tighter. Just MHO.
