Thumbs up for Premium Aquatics

I wanted to drop a quick line about my experience with Premium Aquatics. I placed an online order Tuesday for a Warner Marine H1 skimmer and a Sybon refractometer and received them today. Everything was packaged well and the fact that I got my goodies in 3 days is pretty impressive. Thanks alot.

I'm very sorry for the problem, but this is the first I have ever heard of this issue. When anyone calls with a problem / warranty issue it's typically directed right over to me. If you could please email me directly at jeremy@premiumaquatics.com with your order name and a detailed explanation I'd be more than happy to look into it for you.

In the 14 years that we have been in business we have never once told any customer to go take a hike on a product that was received defective such as this.
